mauibellas 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2008 Now that school is starting to wind down and summer approaches it is very important to stay in your routine. Most of you will have many things going on this summer, which would make it easy to push off your training. Remember, to be a champion wrestler you have to train ALL YEAR LONG! Make a plan for the summer that you can stick to, one which includes wrestling drilling and lifting. Set your days and times you plan train and stay focused on your goals. Things will come up that you have no control over that will make you miss a day, or maybe a week, but make sure you get back into the gym and continue training ASAP.Momentum is huge here, whether it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
