Honestly I think it's bad form for a coach to leave a team three weeks before the start of practice. Almost no matter the situation he should have stayed at least through this year. Coach Howard was with them during their inaugural season and now he is back as head coach. I want to wish him good luck this season and welcome him to region 8.
