Ranger123 43 Report post Posted February 17, 2019 Was just thinking about that a few weeks ago. That bracket was darn good. Guess I need to give my kid a little pat on the back for that one. Interesting concept though. What state brackets ended with the most individual state champs in it? Go back in history. GOO what do you have?
DrBaker 497 Report post Posted February 17, 2019 You can add Dalton Russellburg to this list, kinda. He was the 132/138 backup. What a tourney for Bates.

GOO what do you have? I’m sure there were brackets with more, but our 112 bracket in 1991 had 5 (Pat White, Mike Lee, Brandon Wilkens, Greg Woodring, and Vernon Jackson). HawkeyeX125 27 Report post Posted February 17, 2019 Another topic could be to look back at old middle school brackets and see how those kids back then now preform at the high school level.

Dang. The Lee boys bringing back all my bad memories. That’s the year I missed weight at Region. Felt I had a great shot to win that one. Only loss at the weight was by 1 pt to Storms at SKIT.
