Team Ironman has been a program where many premiere kentucky champions over the years has crossed paths training with over the years since 2009 State Champions,State Placers,Regional Champions, ETC We are starting our training out until the summer every TUESDAY 6:00 & SUNDAY 2:00 , we do different forms of training to fit the progressing formula for every wrestler.....
