The Golden Cross System will cover all aspects of wrestling that will help you step up to the next level. This camp will set a foundation of the basics of wrestling and then build to the most advanced techniques and drills that will challenge every wrestler. These techniques coupled with the intense drilling and live wrestling will get you ready to compete at the highest level possible. Check-in: Sunday 5:30-6:00p First Session 6:30-8:30p Check-out: Thursday 3:30p Last session 1:30-3:30p Cost:$375 Grade School Intensive Camp July 9th – July 11thK-6th Grade The youth camp is a spin-off of the Sr. High/Jr. High camp. The youth wrestlers will receive the individual attention they need to master the basic and advanced techniques that will be covered. There will be a lot of intense drilling and live wrestling that will challenge youth wrestlers of all ages and talents. If your wrestler is willing to work hard this is the camp for them. You will see immediate results! Check-in: Thursday 5:30-6:00p First Session 6:30-8:30p Check-out: Saturday 3:30p Last Session 1:30-3:30p Cost:$150 Big Man Select Camp June 14th. 7-12th Grade *This is a one day select camp, accepting ONLY 10 wrestlers 150 lbs and up. If you would like this experience you need to register or contact ASAP! There are only a couple of “Big Man” camps in the country. We know how hard it is to find quality upper weights that want to train at a high level. We have solved your problem. Come join a great upper weight staff that will show upper weight specific techniques and strategies. Taking this opportunity to train with other wrestlers your own weight may be the best training opportunity you have all summer!REGISTER HERE Sessions: 1:30-3:30p & 5:00-7:00p Cost: $50Grade School Beginner Camp June 26th – June 27thREGISTER HERE K-6th Grade There are virtually no camps that are designed for the beginner wrestler. If you have a child that would like to try wrestling for the first time or a wrestler that only has a few years experience, this camp is designed specifically for them. The Golden Cross Staff will teach the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun atmosphere. We will teach a system that ANY youth athlete can comprehend. Good sportsmanship, self- confidence, self-discipline, and self-motivation will be emphasized throughout this camp. All students will be closely supervised before, during, and after all sessions.
