Regin 3 Weight cutters...

Recommended Posts

Anyone from Regin 3 or any regin forreal have big weight issues? Each year i find myself cutting ALOT of weight and having to keep it off during the season is always a big problem, allthough i most lways make it. I feel that cutting unnessary dead weight makes me achieve a better diciplen to the sport. Does anyone else feel this weigh? I mean way? Seems to me like most peeps be against it for strength reason. Personaly that just doesnt seem to be a problem for me? What do you think Regin 3? :?

Lets make sure this thread does not become something negative.

Remember;  This is an issue that many people outside the wrestling community and some inside the community frown on about our sport.

Eating healthy and exercise is all that is needed for this sport.  Once you achieve this your body will tell you what wt. class you should participate in.

I completetly agree. Once my dieting gets back to where it needs to be i will be able to judge what wieght class i can wrestle. until then i am just goin to try to run some wieght off and see wat happens.

and yes there are a lot of people (me friends included) that think wrestlers are a bunch of starving people. no one understands the real reason that people wrestle and the true joy in wrestling but its all good

WRESTLERS ARE WARRIORS!!!!
