Trojan Wars Summer Duals @ Triton Jr. / Sr. High School 300 Triton Drive – Bourbon, IN 46504 Saturday June 23rd, 2018 Eligibility: Accepting teams consisting of incoming 7th through 12th grade wrestlers. NO GRADUATED SENIORS. Teams: 8 teams on 4 mats. Teams placed into pools of 4, then crossover for placing. 5 Matches total. Rosters: Limited to 20 wrestlers per team (Each team should provide a table worker for score keeping) Cost: $ 250 (deposit of $125 due by May 26) Registration: Checks make payable to Trojan Wrestling Club Mail to: Triton Jr. Sr. High School Attention: Matt Arvesen 300 Triton Drive Bourbon, IN 46504 Weigh-ins: Friday June 22 (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm) EST Or Saturday June 23 (7:30 am – 8:30 am) EST Duals begin at 9:30 am EST (Gym is air conditioned) Duals Format: Your team is guaranteed to wrestle 5 matches. Rounds 1 through 3 will be pool round robin, followed by 2 round of crossover for placing. Pool Team Tiebreakers: (1) Unsportsmanlike Conduct, (2) Most team points. · Matches will be 2-2-2 · IHSAA Officials will be used · Weight Classes: weight classes +5 lbs. Indiana Midwest Classic Maconaquah High School Team Duals Saturday, June 11th, 2016 Eligibility - Accepting Teams consisting of 7th- 12th Grade Wrestlers. *Looking for 16-20 teams this year and 11+ mats of wrestling if needed Weight Classes - 100, 110, 117, 124, 130, 138, 145, 152, 165, 175, 185, 200, 225, 290 Maximum Roster Size is 25 Wrestlers Total. Cost: $350- If registered before May 20th $450- If registered after May 20th Registration - - Mail to: Maconaquah High School Wrestling Program Attention: Bob Freije 256 E. 800 S. Bunker Hill, IN 46914 Checks- Checks should be made payable to the Battling Braves Club. A $ 100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure entry. With the deposit and payment include the following information: Phone and Email Contact. Name of Head Coach, 2 Asst. Coaches, and I Table Worker for free gate entry. Duals Start Time - Saturday, June 11th - Coaches Meeting 9:00 - Wrestling Starts at 9:30 AM Weigh-Ins-Friday, June 10th at Maconaquah 5:00-6:00PM - Saturday, June 11th - 8:00 AM Coaches are encouraged to be present at weigh-ins with team and completed roster form, stragglers will be permitted but placed behind complete teams at weigh-ins. Format - Pools and Round Robin format, Final number of entries will determine 5-6 matches. Team Awards- The top 3 teams will receive an award. Individual Awards: All individual wrestlers going undefeated with at least 5 matches get medal Important Note: EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A TABLE WORKER FOR SCOREKEEPING. The dates have been set for This Summers Jazz Town Duals in New Orleans, LA. Last years tournament was the biggest yet with teams from all over the country competing over two days at Xavier Universities Arena. This year the tournament will be the same calendar weekend, June 20th and 21st - Saturday/Sunday All teams get 8 dual meets.
