What: Open Mat When: Sunday's from 2-4 pm, May 30th-June 26th Where: South Oldham High School 5901 Veteran's Memorial Parkway, Crestwood KY 40014 Who: Middle School and High School Wrestlers What You Need: Bring a current USA Wrestling Card, a signed copy of the attached South Oldham Liability Waiver with Emergency Contact Information, and $12 per day Cash or Check made out to SOHS Wrestling. What You'll Get: This is an opportunity to drill and wrestle with great competition from Middle School and High School athletes from across our area. Coaches will be present to provide instruction to all levels of competitors and a group led practice is also available for those wanting direction in training. Madison Central will be hosting Open mat Tuesdays & Thursday’s 5-6:30pm beginning March 6th. In the wrestling gym. Open to anyone ANY wrestlers but must have a USAW Wrestling Card. The “off season” is where Championships are won!

ATTENTION ALL WRESTLERS: This Saturday is the NCAA D1 Wrestling Finals from 8-10:30pm! In the spirit wrestling Franklin County will host an off-season practice from 6-8pm. Directly after, from 8-10:30pm we will watch the Finals on a projector together while eating pizza! We are inviting teams from across the state to join us. Here are the details- WHEN: Saturday MARCH 18, from 6-10:30pm WHERE: Franklin County High School PRACTICE PLAN: Intro to FREESTYLE and GRECO with LIVE and DODGEBALL mixed in WHO: Any wrestler wanting to have fun learning new moves (such as THROWS, LEG LACES, and GUT WRENCHES), new styles in general, and wants to watch the Finals with people who LOVE WRESTLING as much as they do. WHAT TO BRING: $5 to pitch in for pizza and drinks. Along with clothes and shoes ready for wrestling. *Please email me if you have any questions or plan to attend or comment below.
