    We are back at again Round 10 Louisville's Team Ironman Training Where every wrestling size,experience or style is welcome in a unorthodox,hard working NO EGO ROOM...... Team Ironman has been a program where many premiere kentucky champions over the years has crossed paths training with over the years since 2009 State Champions,State Placers,Regional Champions, ETC We are starting our training out until the summer every TUESDAY 6:00 & SUNDAY 2:00 , we do different forms of training to fit the progressing formula for every wrestler.....
