Last I heard was this Sunday but considering there’s no info yet I hope not

Do you have a flier for odd year state tournament?

We got in line at 2. At 4 we were inside finally but no where near the conference room. Then a mom got upset and supposedly threatened hotel staff so everyone had to go. I was not a happy camper after standing there for two hours. There were numerous kids around me that just wanted to be able to eat. This was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Completely unorganized and a HUGE fail for whoever decided to do it this way.

Exactly my thoughts. Also, the registration is completely inaccurate as they have my son at 135 and he definitely hasn't weighed anywhere near 135 in any tournament this year. Then the weigh in location was changed on Saturday. Why put a flyer out then change it last minute.

I think that it is randomly done, but not positive on that. I think they just try to make sure that the kids from the same region don't wrestle in the first round if possible. go to trackwrestling.com and search for the event

Now that the brackets are up and released what happens if there are changes? Are there any changes allowed? If a kid doesn't show up is it a forfeit?

When will the brackets be available? They were on last night and gone today.

Coaches after thought and consideration of travel to and from Johnson county this weekend with the snow and ice moving into our area we feel it best to postpone the tournament for one week. The Johnson county superintendent has just closed the doors to any and all buildings for Johnson county for the use of competition until this passes. The tournament will now be held on Saturday January 30th. Coaches feel free to contact me at any time. This decision I feel is for the best for the wrestlers of region 4. Thank you

I checked with the coaches. Bring the registration and fees on Sunday and that will be fine.
