    1/20- anyone still wrestling ?

I feel like 175 is loaded with Marcus James in the mix at 175 now also. There are 4-5 kids that could win it depending on the draw and match ups. James vs Strayer or Ricketts will be interesting.

    Girls State Predictions

Seems like everyone is sleeping on North Hardin they wrestle very physical and are well coached.
  5. Seems kinds odd it's a lot cheaper for out of state coaches?
  6. This is shaping up to be one heckuva camp! Coach Murton is bringing some college guys with him. Ryan and Tylan showing techniques that helped them compete with some of the best guys in the country. Alex Green is even coming down to interview some past state champs and do a couple other really cool videos. Maybe Alex will video some future state champs getting better while he is there! 9. There were some really good early round match ups. But the guy talking and working scoreboard on mat 1 was more entertaining than most of the matches.

    Biggest Upsets State 1st Round

Now your just fishing for reactions. Beane beat Goss at state duals a few weeks ago. The only losers are the fans who dont get to see some of Ky's top kids compete against each other on the biggest stage.

    Semi state seeding

It's really going to affect the kids the loser gets in the consolations more in the long run.
  14. Rest in peace Chris Myers. He put the time in with his sons to help them reach tremendous success in this great sport. He was very proud of their accomplishments, which made for some interesting times on this forum over the years.

    State Duals predictions

Johnson Central edges Christian or Madison. Then faces Union. JC doesn't match up well with Union. Union by 24 if JC even accepts the match
  17. Doesn't look like Ryan is in a hurry to leave Chattanooga. He is 3-1 on the day! Looks like new rankings will have to wait for a little while longer. Keep it up Ryan!

    Finishing on a highlight

Congrats to them both! My son wrestled them both in middle school and they were tough then. Glad to see Isaac come back and Clay keep working hard to both finish on the podium.

    WCI

120 seems to be deepest weight with Yost, Haverstick, Miller, Storck, D Johnson (North Oldham) and Kinsey kid from Ga. 152 has some depth also with Roberts vs Smallwood as a potential matchup in the finals.

    Super 32 Update

Kyle Lawson won Middle school super 32. I'm thinking Brock, Myers and maybe Fahy being only placers

    My son

Wow after reading this I am a bigger fan of your son than I was before. First met him at Midwest Nationals 4 years ago, and even then he carried himself like an adult. Then in Michigan this summer wrestling national level kids at least 20-30 pounds bigger and never wavering or complaining. I know his season didn't end the way he expected, but know he's a champion to all that have been around him. Good luck in the future Collin
