Still accepting registrations for teams and individuals for the Mason Parris clinic. Mason just took Bronze at the World Championships and we will have a great group of kids to scrimmage against. Perfect preseason opportunity!

This Preseason clinic is for all ages and experience levels. Mason does an awesome job of teaching basic, useful, and world class techniques. One day options are available for those who are in Football etc. We offer significant discounts for teams of 5 +.

Intensive Practices. Tough practices that will put you through warm ups, drilling, technique, live wrestling, cardio, and mental toughness coaching. These classes have proven to get wrestlers to the next level!
Over 10 years running the Sunday class has hosted several state champions, college all Americans, and national champions. This is a no nonsense class and the pace is high. Most wrestlers lose 5+ lbs each class. This year we will have MULTIPLE college combine practices to help wrestlers get noticed and recruited.
Newer to wrestling? These classes are perfect for the youth beginner! Over 10 years running these classes have helped produce many champion wrestlers. The focus is FUN, coordination, and basics.

Spot still available. Great opportunity to learn the techniques and culture of Japanese wrestling. To my knowledge this is the first time a Japanese coach has flown to Kentucky to instruct a wrestling clinic.
