  1. Free Martial Arts Clinic for Louisville area wrestlers. My name is Alex Stiebling I am a KHSAA referee and former Louisville area wrestler. I went on to wrestle in college and from there competed in MMA for 10 years. I am a veteran of the UFC, PRIDE, and almost every major fight organization in the world. I have since retired and started coaching locally at Core Combat Sports. I am writing you to inform you and your wrestlers of a Free Martial Arts Clinic, which my colleagues and I are putting on for Louisville area wrestlers. The clinic will be on Friday March 13 from 4:30 to 7:30, we will be teaching some techniques in Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Krav Maga, and Muay Thai. We will be teaching these disciplines separately. We will not be showing the integration of these disciplines. We will also be showing some of our favorite conditioning routines, core strengthening, and ply metric drills. The purpose of this clinic is not to recruit kids into becoming MMA fighters, nor is it to sell them memberships. Our purpose is simply to do something fun for the kids that will also be applicable to their wrestling, we in turn get to promote our name throughout the community. I believe that this type of cross training can help balance, footwork, foot speed, and open up some mental paradigms around their wrestling. My colleagues and I, all have deep ties to the Louisville wrestling community, ranging from competing, coaching, reffing, or having their kids wrestling on your teams. We look forward to working alongside of you, to help further Louisville wrestling and your kid
