How do seeding meetings work? Whats the criteria for seeding wrestlers? I know if wrestler A beats wrestler B wrestler A get the better seed but how do you determin seeds when wrestlers have not wrestled each other or any common opponents.

I think within the next 5-10 years their will be enough teams to split into divisons. I know just in region 8 over the last 2 years there have been 4 new teams added. (East Ridge, belfy, Pike, an Jenkins.) Although Jenkins no longer has a program this year. Still I think the sport is growing and more people are taking intrest.

Any results from this one?

What happend to Bowen?

Its crazy cause 125 has the potenial to have 4 in the top 10 in the state, but 130 only has one guy ranked an hes 30th. This will just make it sweeter for whoever wins at 125.

So Jeff Couch (4th), Chris Corey (7th), Tyler Smith (9th, myself), and Greg Bowen all in the same weight and all SENIORS. This is going to be exciting! lol. Whoevers gonna come out on top this year is gonna have to earn it. I cant wait till region!

So FCHS your saying that moving to kentucky, traving around the United States, entering him in the best possible competition year in and year out, enrolling him in what most believe is the best high school wrestling program in the country, and wrestling him aginst HS national ranked oppents is done so he can get achievments an not improve his son? In my opinon if I wanted my kid to get achievments I would have keep him in kentucky where he would most likely have been a 6 time state champion instead of moving him to one of the best wrestling states out there.

I bet if Mark Hall sucked nobody would care if he got held back 10 times. Misery loves company an all you all hating on him need to quit trying to bring down a KID. I mean hes 13 years old and you got "adults" on her trying to judge his morals an tell him whats right an wrong an I bet none of you have ever even meet him to try to judge his morals. Stop hating an enjoy what the kid is doing because somebody like this only comes around once in awhile an it would be a shame to miss it cause your bashing him.

Letcher County allows practices. Coaches can call it off if they feel the roads are to bad.

Whitley looked extremly tough tuesday. Letcher central was without two of their top wrestlers Justin Gross an Tyler Smith. Not that it would have made a difference in the dual result but could have made the score look a little better. lol

Im going to the Jeff Jordan State Champ Camp. Pretty pumped about it.

I did the Ab Ripper X workout yesterday along with core synthetics. Needless to say I could barley raise out of bed this morning. lol
