i thought over all fahy should have got it....it was a very boring state finals...atleast fahy put on a clinic.....zarths match was good but other than that it was boring a freshman techs his opp in the final and does not get it...thats not right...the guy that harrison had was not good yet he got the first take down granted harrison still beat him..but it was not no where near impressive

if i was going to vote it would be fahy he is the best techinal wrestler i have seen....i think he should win..unless he fall apart u never know

I would like to know about what refs to look out for....who should be there and who should not..i know i would like cattan,barnett or jim shaw..who else is good..i have not seen all of them this year..

yeah berding never had a chance..i dont know that he ever won a match at state....i know he never won a regional...kevin copenhier from desales was pretty good....he kinda just gave up though.....

i dont think any apologys are necessary...people get on here to discuss things...saint you did not say anything wrong so you really do not need to apologize...he took it wrong and you corrected it...if you cant talk on here with saying sorry there is no reason to have this site to communicate....

maybe you should switch termanology...watch a 70mph ball compared to someone ridin a arm bar is slightly diff..we are talkin about middle school not elem...and the primary for all sports at all levels is safety....that an easy one to call...we are not talkin about 91 to 92 deg..if you can see it from the bleachers i would say it probably was pote dangerous...so i guess that kid faked the shoulder injury after...or maybe the tri coach just felt like complaining...oh well in any case it dont matter what is done is done hopefully they will catch it next time so no one gets hurt

it is a judgement call???that is as clear as a homerun..(since we are using baseball) i am not ditching the refs..no where did i say they were terrible or no good...they made a mistake....they will learn as they go...i guarantee a ref that is not new to the sport calls it...an illegal slam is judgement but a chicken wing....come on..get real...maybe i will make a judgement on a full nelson....if you went to elementary school u know 90 degrees...remember all four corners of a piece of paper is 90

you all make good sense and yes i am a ref..i dont like this rule but it is a rule..one school had a lid tapping and i stopped it and the coach said dont stop it next time..but i cant do that...i have to...regardless of if they really are hurt or not which 95 percent of the time they are not but i am still going to stop it no matter what any parent, coach, wrestler, or other ref says....if someone dont like it go to the rules commite...i think barnett is part of it ...talk to him

yeah that would make sense....have a kid pass out then have there parents on the mat....there is no way to determine if a kid is really hurt or not..you do give a penality point but you HAVE to stop it...i dont know about you but i am not going to let a kid get hurt just because a coach or parent thinks that its cheating....rules are rules..you cant change it nor can i....you have to follow them

well the majority of the refs that were at state last year were jeff co refs..people complain about just about every ref in ky but i think jeff co has a couple of the best....is cody walls a new ref

some said that the match should not be stoped when a kid is tapping...but regardless if the kid just wants off his back or he really is hurt you have to stop the match..i am sure that is your kids were tapping and the ref did not stop you all would be ticked....and the chicken wing should have been stopped...the refs did not call it but that does not mean it was legal..those refs are first year and do not know all the rules yet....so just because they say it was legal does not mean it was...it was clearly past 90..u have to be blind not to see it...

the actual rule i think is if there is an adress change they can do it...if they just decide to switch schools they will have to sit out a year...i think warras parents moved in fairdales district

there are certain exceptions..like if your parents move to another house in that district it would be ok..i have heard of people moving in with their grandparents to do this....the kid has to do all the work..every thing is legal..the kid went in front of the board and stuff..i think he even went to frankfort for something..everything is legit....good for fairdale..

this is the truth..they are ways around the eligability rule...he is already going to fairdale and will be wrestling sometime next week

to brag about harrison then diss knable is retarded seeing that knable a was a 4 timer too.. look at who harrison wrestles there is no competition .. he is good but no better than a lot of others..you can say that he is maybe in the top 50 to come out of ky but not the best i can name a few who i think were better(my opinion) wolisifer knable murton bros joe carr there are several other wrestlers that came just from woodford that were just as good as courtney...i cant think of a lot of names but they are there....these are just my opinions and some people say i am wrong but it dont matter....i think what i think and others think what they think
