Even though he is 18 and considered an adult it still doesn't allow him to make his own residence. He would have to go thru the courts and be emancipated from his parents. That is a long process and they don't just do that for any reason. I know someone who did this a few years ago.

Sad news for those who have signed with St. Catharines. I hope they can find somewhere else at this late date. http://www.sccky.edu/news/scc-to-close.php -
I took this from the KHSAA website. Looks like they will be clearing the arena on Saturday before the medal rounds this year. http://khsaa.org/wrestling/teamstateinstructions.pdf GENERAL PUBLIC/FANS/NON PARTICIPANTS Tickets will be priced at $15 for all day on Friday, and $15 for Session one on Saturday. $10 for the Medal Rounds. An all-tournament pass will be available at the gate for $25, and will be sold through Saturday morning. All individuals entering the arena will need to be ticketed or admitted via the pass gate. The gates will open for the general public at 8:30 a.m. on Friday & 8:00 a.m. on Saturday Please inform your parents and non-competing squad members about this timetable. We are unable to secure the building and provide adequately enough for the safety of these individuals until the staff becomes available when the gates open.

Is it the KHSAA that is charging for parking or the Horse Park? I would think if you have rented their facility that the parking comes with the rental.
-
Yes, that is what I meant. I know that there were a couple of teams that had to stay in Belfry and Williamson last year because they couldn't get home after regions.
-
I hope the Region 8 teams come on towards Lexington Friday. The forecast doesn't look good for Eastern KY overnight Friday.

Have the pools been decided?

Why is Sells from Christian Co out? Injury?

Just curious, how has OC performed against Union this year?

Priscilla Brownfield from Campbell County was one heck of a female wrestler. I saw her make many a young man weep. I believe she was the first female wrestler to qualify for the state tournament. Maybe in 2007??

Yes that's correct, you can only wrestle up one weight class above what you are weighed in for.
-
If the weights have s gone to 108 after Christmas, he could weigh in at 109 and wrestle 120. That is because at weighing in at 109 you have to wrestle 113 (115). You can wrestle one weight class above what you weighed in for. By being only one pond over for 106 (108) his weight decent plan should allow him to weigh 108 the next week and wrestle 106 (108).

Let it go dude...it's in the past and your boys have moved on to bigger things. You need to move on too.
