Any current updates? or are the brackets posted anywhere online? how about team scores?

I had to comment on this thread myself. Through my son's 4 years of wrestling we have gotten to know several of the Moore wrestlers, Zach being one of them. He has always been not only a hard worker, but also on heck of a great kid. Always polite, complimentary to others, willing to help if needed, and always concerned about his team mates. Zach if you do read this I want to congratulate you whole heartedly!!! However, I can no longer say you are a great kid, because I have seen you grow into a great young man. I wish you absolutely the best in college as well. Dan Henderson aka : Red's Dad

I am also incredibly proud of my son as well as all of the wrestlers in this state, where they are considered a minor sport that most people ignore. Till his freshman year my son had never touched a mat. He joined the team and was lucky enough to begin his career with Chuck Anderson as his coach. After 4 years of HARD work and dedication, he will go to senior nationals as a 2 time regional and county champ, 7th at state last year and 4th this year. But most importantly he has learned that no matter what he chooses to do in life, if he is willing to put in the work needed, he can do it. As I said I am proud of ALL of the wrestlers for giving it all for their own reasons, because they sure don't get enough recognition at most schools.

Seneca is sending 10 Qualifiers and 1 alternate.

ALL of them, not sure about the other schools, but my son's school barely even knows that they have a wrestling program. 25 - 30 hours a week in practice and competition ought to be recognized. So to ALL of you wrestlers out there doing what it takes EVERY SINGLE DAY you guy are amazing and thank you so much for the past 4 years of watching and constantly being reminded that there are athletes out there that still know how to be gentlemen. Yes, I predict Bleacher Butt for the fans, Blood time outs, sweat and hard work for the wrestlers, and sore throats for the coaches from yelling!!! :-D Seriously, best of luck for everyone and let's pray for no serious injuries.

I was there, not sure which one was which so I will just state that they both were on the podium, but should not have been. One of them head butted the other (obviously intentional) the other responded by throwing a punch that I do not believe connected. In my personal opinion, at that point both should have been DQd.

I personally think it is awesome how much work he puts into suppling the rest of us with as accurate a rankings as he can get. Thanks for the hard work Ranger!!

Haven't seen anyone talking about region 4, what do you guys predict?
-
Anybody got any predictions for Region 3?

Watched Martin wrestle MANY times at 103, very few could beat him. Fahy... don't know would be one heck of a match. Martin now wrestles 125 at Lindenwood ( not sure of spelling ) and I happen to know that he beat the #2 in the nation at one point during this past season. So I'm not sure Fahy could hang with him at that weight.

Seneca, placed six wrestlers in championship bouts and won four individual titles, won the team title with 229 points. Defending champion Meade County finished second (158). Harrison County third (123). Anderson County fourth (112). North Hardin fifth (109.50). 103. Seneca's Kary Goff major decisioned Anderson County

Wow, it seems almost everyone is impressed with their coaches. Good reason for that, these guys work as hard as the kids in most cases, and for the love of the sport. I don't think any of them are paid nearly what it is really worth for the lives they change. I can only personally speak about Coach Anderson from Seneca. Thank you DragonMaster for your recognition of a coach that has no feeder program and STILL turns out state champs. I have seen such a difference in my son, all for the good, he was a good kid before meeting and working for coach Anderson, now he is a great young man. Coach Anderson gives these kids so much more than just wrestling knowledge, I personally know of many things he has done in the past for his boys, both in and out of the wrestling room. He would not expect any recognition, but he deserves it, as do all of the coaches out there. So to ALL of the wrestling coaches giving so much of their time, as well as blood, sweat and tears; THANK YOU for everything you do!!! -
So how would everyone rank Region 4?
