There were something like 448 wrestlers at the state tournament, can the topic be something else besides the myers boys, that topic has been beat up enough. How about how impressive Ervin was or the battle between Carr and the kid from Campbell. Or some weights that still need improving to move KY to the next level. Overall there was some excellent wrestling. Lets change the subject and talk about taking KY to the next level.

I just looked up Amos Mason he is a graduating senior and stud, but i don't believe he and Bailey would have met up considering Bailey graduated in 09 and this kid is in his Senior year. Plus the fact that this kid is wrestling 220 and Bailey was a Heavy. I could be wrong,

I would attribute that to the Seniors having more experience and beginning to understand how to manage and win matches versus younger opponents.

Mpire besides ATM at 220, the last heavy that I enjoyed watching wrestle in KY would be Bailey from Fort Knox I think he won in 09 if i'm not mistaken. He was a heavy that shot and was more agile than most lightweights and he weighed every bit of 275.

Mpire I always say if you don't have people hating on you, that means you not doing it well enough. Your boys are kicking butts and taking names, so they will get their fair share of detractors who don't want them to win.LOL It doesn't mean you have to feed into them, handle them the way your boys do, kick butts and take names and that's the last on that topic from me. Billy you have hit it on the head. Not one person on here i believe really doubts the talents and accomplishments of Mpires boys. But they don't want it pushed in their faces everyday on every post even if the post isn't about them or their weight class. I would say your boys have a good as chance as any to win MOW, but you seem to have already made up your mind that there is some type of conspiracy that is going to prevent them from having a chance at winning. I personnally don't believe the award should be dictacted on what you have done in previous years, but what you do in this years state tournament. The bracket a particular kid wrestles in definitely has impact on the winner i believe. The bottom line though is if your kids win state and don't win MOW does it really matter that much as long as they have Gold around their neck.
