ya Derek DeSales was rootin for you man. just wish it could have been u and wentworth up in the finals. I think it would have been a closer match than u and cheney u dominated boy good job. and congrats to all the other region 3 placers. Dakota keepin it close with the "unbeatable" Wolsiefer, and Seeders throwin down in 130. Congrats to everyone.

i agree as long as watson can keep his head on straight during state he will be able to take home the title with dockery and chaney right behind him. and yes wentworth will pull a few upsets at state as long as he can get over the hump he has of getting beat by nickels.

ya i don't think it will be immediate but i think that different teams' lineups will change weekly

wow that sux! well i'm not going to be the one to tell wentworth that lol we'll let his confidence stay boosted!!! but i am excited that the season is really under way and we get to start dualing other schools in the region. i no we wrestle prp and iroquois on wed dec 13. and that is the first heads up dual we have this season. but ya are there going to be any Region 3 placers at KOB?????? if so, what weights??

i think this answer varies on what opponent your wrestling! if someone has a great shot then you may want to choose bottom to get an escape or reversal, but if the person your wrestling is working you hard when he's on top then you want to choose top to go for the pin (if you think you can) or just go neutral and take them down. but overall i would say bottom only because there are soo many things you can do to get an escape or reversal

lol ranger layin down the law. soo ne wayz bak on topic, the BC duals were pretty interesting and i no that i said i wanted to wrestle the out of city schools that we don't see too much, but once i was there i was like "man i want a piece of them!!" lol i was surprised to see mills wrestle for the JV all stars team to. southern135 how did u and trey king finish?? i no prp was looking good and doss was looking much better than i thought they would! we (meaning desales) weren't too happy about how we performed. some of us weren't as in shape as we thought we should be and i def. wasn't happy with my technique but overall we did all rite. we had a frosh (nick williams) that performed way better than we expected, and wentworth was happy that he beat John hardins 215 (who he reminded us all today at practice about 10 times) was ranked 13th. but ya how did you all feel about your individual and team performances???

i agree that the KOB is important and i really hate missing it but at the same time i want to score better on my act. i scored a 24 last time and 25 is the cut off for most of the scholarships i am applying to. but ya i agree i mean i def hate missing it and i wish i would have taken it the last time they had it instead of waiting but ooo well wats done is done.

So the ACT is the same day as the King of the Bluegrass, is anyone else going to miss the KOB to take the ACT??? I am, which really sucks, but is anyone else going to miss or not have a full team because of this???

I am not mad that you "spoke the truth" and I am not denying that region 3 is not up to point compared to othe regions, but whats your point??? Are you trying to rub it in?? If anything you should be supportive of Region 3! But as far as the overall winner, I hope DeSales wins it, but it will be close between BC, DeSales, PRP, and Southern.

not really... i no that they have a fairly new program, but that's about it. I hope there not as good in wrestling as they are in cross country cuz if they are they will dominate!!! lol
