I'm taking it you don't have anyone that can compete with Solomon or Samuel Vanover or Sam Preston so you want them to stay out of the middle school tournament. What about the other kids that wrestle at the high school level? If you don't think they can win it I guess it is O.K. for them to compete. You are specifically listing certain wrestlers. Why don't you address the topic as a whole. Some of these kids are at programs that can't get enough kids out for middle school and that is the only choice they have is to wrestle at the high school level or not wrestle at all. You could always try to start another division and leave out all the kids that wrestle in anything other than middle school.

Anyone know of any duals or tournaments on December 8th and 22nd around the Lexington area that are looking for teams?

The 171 from Whitley County that finished 2nd was Jaron Singley. Ranger had him ranked about 13th. He made it to the finals and on his way defeated the coaches association poll #8 Joe Collin of Central Hardin and #4 Curt Martin of Caldwell County in triple overtime before losing to #1 ranked Mason Reid of Ryle. This kid had a 34-3 record going into the State and had only been beaten by Likoy of Dunbar, Benson of Dixie Heights and Pitcher of John Hardin.

Ranger, at 171 lb at Danville, Singley from Whitley lead Pitcher from John Hardin by 3 (8-5) with 15 or 20 seconds left and got threw and lost 9-8, later in the tournament Singley defeated Collin from Central Hardin 3-1.

RANKINGS LOOK GOOD. YOU NEED TO CONTINUE DOING AND LISTEN TO REMARKS ON MATCHES YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED AND UPDATE EACH WEEK. EACH REGION NEEDS THIS SO WRESTLERS CAN SEE WHERE THEY ARE AT AND WHO THEY NEED A WIN AGAINST.

HEY OVERTIMEKING, WHAT ABOUT WHITLEY COUNTY EVANS AT 112 AND SINGLEY AT 171? EVANS WRESTLED SULLIVAN TO A FULL MATCH ONLY LOSING 7-3 AND SINGLEY HAS ALREADY BUMPED UP FROM 171 TO 189 TO BEAT HARLOW. HOW DO YOU RANK HARLOW ABOVE HIM?

What do you think the rankings in Region 8 should be both individual and team?

Hey Ranger is Lawrence Co and Johnson Central having teams or have they just not wrestled yet? I was checking our region and they have not listed their assessement yet. I thought someone said Johnson Central won a tournament a couple weeks ago?

Need Info. Who do you contact about getting in the KOB?

Hey Ranger, You say Likoy will be at 171 next ranking, and Singley says he is going 171 I think this will be an interesting ranking at 171. On this ranking how do get Harlow from McCreary Co ranked so high at 171? He's not showed it in high school yet and I think he will later this year and the next 2 years. Coming from middle school to high school is a big jump. Singley has beaten him 2 or 3 times counting last year and the summer. At Cumberlands private camp Harlow was probably in the high 190's.
