12/5 Mason Beginners Takedown Tournament 12/19 Mason Trophy Tournament 2/6 Mason Super Bowl Tournament

Coaches, I have just been informed that Bethel has cancelled their tournament this week. That leaves Mason and Blanchester hosting tournaments on 12/20. We have had close to 1100 kids in past years and we seem to be able to handle that well but we cant handle much more than that so I am going to cap our tournament at 1200 kids to insure that our tournament runs smoothly. Those who either get their rosters in first or email a commitment of wrestlers will be who gets into the tournament. After 1200 wrestlers has been reached the tournament will be cut off. Dont forget that the deadline for rosters is Wednesday night. Thanks John Lambert 513-509-1603

We are expecting close to 1100 wrestlers from multiple states. We will again be running the tournament in 3 sessions and on 18-20 wrestling surfaces to get your wrestlers in and out at a reasonable time. I have hired 20 certified referees to officiate. Centerville dropped out today and that opens up a spot at the Mason Super Duals which we're hosting on 1/24/10. This is for youth wrestlers up to 6th grade. Each team should get at least 4 matches Contact John Lambert at 513-509-1603 if interested.

The Mason Mixed Duals has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

By the time May rolls around it's just too hard to put together a team for a dual tournament so I thought this could work. The key is to fill all of the teams so everyone gets 5 matches,. In suggest signing up soon as there's only 6 spots per weight class available. You can expect some tough competition

Coaches/Parents, We're hosting our annual tournament on 12/21 this year. Here are some details about the tournament: * We're expecting as many as 1,100 kids again this year from 4-5 states. Many will be SQ's and SP's. * We will run 20 wrestling surfaces in 2 gyms in 3 sessions to get you and your wrestlers in and out quickly. * Dont be afraid to bring your beginners as I will write separate brackets for them. * All refs are certified. No HS kids or coaches will be reffing. *The awards will be very nice as usual. Custom trophies for the top 3 placers. Coaches, Please consider bringing your first-year wrestlers to the Mason Beginners Takedown Tournament which is being held on 12/7 in the Mason Middle School Arena. We usually draw about 350 kids so more than likely your new wrestlers will get at least 2-3 matches. Two changes to the tournament this year: 1. Due to a conflict with a church using our facilities we can't start until 1:00 2. We are not going to allow head and arm takedowns at this tournament We're counting on a great tournament and hope to see your beginners there.
