What is 125 going to look like next year?

Coty didn't dominate at 12 this year..at state he did, but not throughout the season. Now to go out on a limb and say that Caleb is going to be the only one to pose a problem a bit farfetched dont ya think? Lots of ppl gave him great matches this year, and a few folks beat him. I know keeping his weight down had alot to do with it, but I beleive it will be alot tougher at 25. I myself would not be suprised if he was not in the finals at 25 next year, although I wouldn't be suprised if he was either. But what Im trying to say is that he I dont think he will breeze through the weight class no matter how you put it. That weight class could shape up to be rather competitive. Best of luck to Coty either way, I think he has what it takes to win it a second year in a row.

Thats what I'm trying to figure out. Maybe he holds some personal grudge against Sullivan?

Mat_wrestler, seriously, stop dogging the kid. How could you base 120+ wins on luck. Sullivan is good, and i don't think luck has anything to do with it. He's beaten the best in kentucky in his weigh class 2 years in a row, and anyone can vouch that that kind of consistency involves alot more that luck.

Yes, I agree, its a big suprise with goldbsy not medaling. And 135 definately seemed to be alot tougher than what i expected.

    2/14/06 Rankings

I know most people on this site would agree that the rankings that coach coomes did were a disaster compared to the Rebel Rankings (I myself agree to that.) But I was lookin at them and for the 1 and 2 spot (in no particular order), he was pretty much dead on with his last set of rankings. I was really suprised with him having griggs ranked # 2 at 135, but he obviously knew something I didnt...
  8. Anyone have any idea why I can't view the brackets?

You're exactly right FalconMatt. Off the top of my head, Union co. has the posbility of placing in every weight class, the majority of them in the championship round.

I see what you're saying penguins. And thats all well and true, except for the fact that Voth is known for running the move. Idk, maybe he's just that good at it. But I figured if u know the kid is pinning some of the top ranked guys in his class with a move that is only hit as a counter to the single (unless he's just super strong, and that fast) Why would you shoot singles??? And wait, before I go on, I may be thinking of something entirely different. I was taught the spadle when a guy shoots a single leg. But maybe you're talking about from the top position. (Which I know that move as the banana split). Please correct me if I'm wrong.
