MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING: Middle school state tourney postponed (02/07) By JOSH CLAYWELL jclaywell@thenewsenterprise.com CECILIA -
MYGSP, Thank you, I haven't laughed that hard in awhile.
-
My coaches brother is the Davision coach in Michigan. From what he said, there not to happy about it. Coach said that he was told that he will be leaving after the season to play football in Michigan and return again in the fall to wrestle. All so his dad can brag that his son is a 6x state champ. I also hope bradberry can take this away from him at state.
-
I thought the customized Medals At North Hardin this year were great.
-
I guess if you deny it, it will go away. DAMAGE CONTROL .... DAMAGE CONTROL,,,,, not working. also, i didn't consider it a laughing matter. It was pretty immature.
-
Who are you trying to convince? I know there is a JH parent feeling pretty stupid right now!!! You wouldn't be him?
-
How can you say that, Everyone saw the parent running down the stairs to coach Linsey yelling to stop the match and handing the coach the NH weigh In sheet. Please, coach Linsey had nothing to do with it except listen to a disgruntle parent.
-
No one said it was coach Linsey. I'm talking parents. and it was not from the bruin duals. If that was true They would have been running out of the stand to say that two other wrestlers didn't make weight. Believe what you want. It's pretty bad when parents get involved in coaching. I thought they were there to cheer.
-
Somebody fudged a weigh in sheet of NH on the John Hardin side and said that the wrestler from NH was overweight. After verification of the original weigh in sheet, it was found the be false. To bad a team will go to any length to win, and lost anyway.

I'll agree that Kelly gave Jones a Great match and may have won it had he not been injuried, But I wouldn't have counted Jones out until the final second was gone. He has won a few in the last seconds from behind. I personally think Jones was surprised with Kelly's strengh. As far as Kelly having any moves, I didn't see many. Most of his point were from Jones attemping a move on him. That was the first time they had wrestled each other. I don't think Jones will make the same mistakes twice.

112 lbs. (the real state champion given the chance)
All_About_Wrestling replied to low_single's topic in 2007 Season
A stand out this year that sort of came out of nowhere is Terrance Demery. He is a 9th grader and has really showed he can hang with the big dogs at 112. 4th place at state is nothing to be ashamed of. I see him doing very well again next year. -
Coach walls and his staff did a great job this year. With such a young team you should be a powerhouse for the next couple years. great job.
-
Being biased for North Hardin anyway, I would say that North Hardin surprised alot of teams. Being #1 after 2 days of wrestling was great. They kept it close all the way to the end. Congratulation North Hardin for a great year of wrestling.

What teams will stand out next year?
All_About_Wrestling replied to pridewrestler's topic in 2007 Season
I find it funny that every year teams under estimate North Hardin. The coach likes it that way, but I can't stand it. North will continue to grow and still be a contender next year. Wait and see!!!!! In my opinion, John Hardin wont be top 15. -
