I would like to thank the coaches and wrestler of Region 1, my son told me something yesterday that had eyes full of tears; He didnt win State but was the runner-up-Matt Mines@140; He told me it wasnt the medal he received it was the coaches and other wrestler that came to him after the match giving congrats that was the biggest thing to him. Wrestling in Region 1 when all said is a family! Again a great year!

You must mean second place; because whoever is the best is going to be Champ! it doesnt matter where he is in the brackets.

wow, I always wonder what would happen. Im glad now my son has 4 wheel drive.

In region 1, they are expected 3 to 5 inch of snow by Saturday; What plan if any does the region have if this weekend region cannot take place. I am sure the main highway may be okay but some teams may have a hard time moving there buses.

By next the picture will be set for State, these rankings look good; but rankings are nice but mean nothing till medals are hand out.

Mines (140) and Banks (145) are at diferent weight classes this year.

I like it when FT Campbell went down to Chattanooga Tennessee, a hot bad of wrestling in Tennessee also my home town, but I wish Matt could see more of the Northern Kentucky wrestlers. I like what Caldwell Co did this year and last, Indiania and all over the state.

How does the region look? As for 140-Matt Mines I know he has been working real hard and close to peaking. He wants to show the State that it was not a fuke that he beat Banks last year at State. He is at 100% and recovered from his last year injury just prior to state and he is working real good with coach.

Looking at Tennessee State Duals held in Clarksville Tennessee, there first days results are posted by teams and individual matches; I have not seen any results from Kentucky?? What gives Kentucky??

Are you kidding; they are stack in every class. No one in Region 1 can touch them. Second will be Caldwell. Most team as I understand it are not complete teams.
