Huge congratulations deserved to Spencer and the Moore family on the recent wrestle off. Not only winning the wrestle off but breaking him in the process!! Awesome to see the success early in his career. It's going to be fun watching his career for now on.

Lots of KY kids at Virginia Beach. We were registered but my boy sprained his ankle last week, so we have to miss it this year. Best of luck to all the KY wrestlers. https://arena.flowrestling.org/event/34134d1f-0569-4435-b8bb-db2266ec16f6

While most of the commentary leading up to the state was negative (for good reason), I must say I really enjoyed the product we received. The smaller number of wrestlers and mats made it possible to see all the great matches that took place. Alot of those same matches in the horsepark get over looked. If the sectional would wrestle back for true second and send top four then I would prefer this format. I think that would help identify the 8 best wrestlers in the state for the most part. Biggest problem of course was the amount of potential placers who never had a chance. I feel like at this point in KY, this product would draw more casual fans who don't have a kid as opposed to the previous format. Ultimately it would help grow the popularity of wrestling in our state. Wonder what everyone else thinks?

Ranger, I know you got a lot of ground to cover so trying to Get Spencer County and Colton Kessinger on your map. He is a 285 that has already beat Waller at #23 and in Tri dual North Bullitt had different 285 against him but he beat Purvis and Purvis beat JoJo #18 in the same meet. He did lose this weekend to #7 Watson. The team as a whole has also beaten #59 Taylor, #47 Fredrick Douglas, and I believe #32 Scott county I believe though only Taylor county is posted to confirm Gonna look at other weights and may try to raise a flag on a few others. The team has grown and added some coaches, may wanna keep an eye on them.

He's 22-2 now I think 4 forfeits. Kessinger beat Goatley (126 ranked 20, he has wrestled 132 so far this year) from Trinity Today. But he did lose to McKune from Male but McKune also beat Goff today (#20 at 132) McKune placed 2nd at the Gladiatior, Kessinger 3rd, Goatley 4th. Odein Fotune from Indiana, Evansville Reitz took first for the 132's
